This factions portrays the Modern life of Sureños 13 cliques named White Fence Gang / White Fence 13 which based as an Mexican-American or Hispanic street gangs. And also, We're RPing under control of La Eme / Mexican Mafia. If you wanted to join this faction, you'll need to develop your character as a teenager with middle to low class. Must've a realistic character development in order to prevent a subpar roleplay and to kept our faction quality.
