Crainily Ezabations was founded on 19 August 1987, by eight prisoners in LP Taubaté, called Piranhão (Big Piranha) in the state of São Paulo. At the moment it is the safest jail in the state. The group gathered during a soccer match. When the prisoners were transferred from São Paulo city to Piranhão as punishment for bad behavior, they decided to name their soccer team as Capital Commander.
