These Gang is under Rollin Crip card and NHC / Neighbourhood Crip card or also known as Deuce (2x) card. Rebuild their operational area in Crenshaw Plaza which had long been closed and sealed by the government. They rebuild the Plaza and re-run it, making Crenshaw Plaza has more activities like it used to be.     The gang takes almost full control of th
