We uphold high standards of truth and factual reporting. Fabricating statements, tampering with evidence, or misrepresenting events is strictly prohibited.

All interviewees, public officials, callers, and colleagues must be treated with professional courtesy. Using LSNN's broadcast platforms or official credentials to litigate personal disputes is grounds for disciplinary action.

The strength of LSNN lies in teamwork. Team boundaries are flexible; all staff support one another to ensure broadcast success, whether handling scheduled talkshows or breaking news coverage.
 
4. Public Inclusivity
 
LSNN operates as a community partner. We are committed to engaging all communities across Los Santos, building partnerships with emergency services (LSPD, LSSD, LSFD), local businesses, and residents.

II. EDITORIAL & BROADCASTING CODES
 
Professional Broadcasting Guidelines
 
All media content published or broadcast under the LSNN banner—including newspapers, online articles, weather alerts, and live reports—must remain professional, factual, and verified. Content must describe actual events, official statements, and events happening within the state.
 
(( OOC: Broadcasting tools `/news`, `/ads`, and `/billboard` are strictly In-Character (IC) channels. Any form of OOC trade, meta-discussion, or non-roleplay messages on these channels is strictly prohibited. ))
 
 
 
Field Operations & Scene Access
 
To maintain safety and secure public cooperation during active emergencies, LSNN field personnel carry official press credentials and follow these protocols:
 
• Perimeter Boundaries: Respect emergency cordons established by police (LSPD/LSSD) or fire crews (LSFD). Do not cross cordon lines without prior clearance.
 
• Safety Coordination: Present credentials to officers on duty and request placement in a designated safe zone (Press Area).
 
• Emergency Compliance: If ordered to vacate an area due to immediate hazards (active crossfire, explosive risks), withdraw immediately.

Journalistic Neutrality & Crisis Protocol
 
LSNN operates as an independent, neutral reporting body. Personnel must not assist criminal groups, interfere with active law enforcement operations, or take sides in conflicts. If taken hostage during field assignments, journalists must immediately prioritize personal safety by handing over broadcasting and radio equipment and fully cooperating with captors.
 
(( OOC: Criminal entities are requested to refrain from random or opportunistic hostaging of on-duty media personnel without a prior coordinated roleplay narrative. ))
 
III. CORPORATE LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATIONAL HIERARCHY
 
LSNN Corporate Leadership Hierarchy
 
To ensure efficient operations and reduce unnecessary delays, LSNN uses a flexible team structure organized into five main divisions:
 
I. Executive Board (High Command)
 
Acts as the highest governing authority of the network. Responsible for long-term strategy, official corporate charters, company budgets, major asset purchases, and serving as the main point of contact with state government officials and public safety directors.
 
III. Creative Management (Creative Leadership)
 
Oversees the overall creative vision, programming layout, and high-level production planning of the network. This team manages the programming schedule, plans large-scale events, allocates production budgets, and guides the general direction of news, radio, and entertainment shows.
 
III. Department Management (Administrative & Technical Command)
 
Handles administrative, corporate, and technical operations of the network. HR manages recruitment, activity tracking, and disciplinary actions. PR & Marketing oversees sponsorships, billboard leases, and advertising contracts. IT handles software development, website infrastructure, and internal technical tools.
 
IV. Content Leads (Supervisory Staff)
 
Oversees the creation, editing, and quality of content within specific departments. Leads are responsible for reviewing and approving news articles, managing daily radio schedules and RJ rosters, organizing interactive game shows, and directing field reporting crews during live broadcasts.
 
V. Field Staff (General Staff)
 
The frontline creative and operational force of the network. Includes senior specialists, general crew (Cameramen, Editors, Sound Engineers), marketing representatives, junior staff, and interns. They handle daily city patrols, news gathering, photography, live reporting, scriptwriting, advertising negotiations, and audio/video mixing.
 
 
 
(( OOC: Due to limited active member count, all on-duty members regardless of rank (including leadership) are expected to contribute to basic field work such as camera handling, article writing, and RJ broadcasting when needed. Administrative and technical duties are handled directly by the COO and division managers to keep the faction running smoothly. ))
 
IV. COMMERCIAL SERVICES & TARIFFS
 
LSNN offers a wide range of advertising packages, billboard rentals, and live broadcasting services for registered businesses, local shops, government departments, and citizens. Our official service pricing is listed below:

1. Walk-in Advertisement (Regular Ad) — $75
A standard single advertisement broadcasted on-air. Citizens can visit the LSNN HQ main lobby reception desk to submit their advertisement text directly to our administrative staff.
 
2. Bulk Advertisement Campaigns (Bulkads)
Public Rate: $100 per Ad run
Department Rate: $75 per Ad run
*Constraint: Limited to a maximum of 250 characters per ad submission.
 
3. Corporate Billboard Space Leases
Small Billboard: $2,500 / 2 Weeks
Medium Billboard: $4,000 / 2 Weeks
Large Billboard: $5,000 / 2 Weeks

A live, stage-based public gameshow designed for large audiences. A single contestant picked from the crowd selects one main case to keep closed, then opens the remaining 11 cases held by audience members while negotiating cash buyout offers from a mysterious "Banker".
 
2. The Price is Right (Live Appraisal Mode)
 
An interactive estimation game where contestants guess the real market value of showcased vehicles, properties, or items. Contestants lock in their estimates, and scores are calculated based on accuracy and submission speed to determine the leaderboard standings.
 
3. Digital Auction & Marketplace System
 
A real-time bidding system used to auction vehicles, unique properties, or collectibles. In Auction Mode, bidders place increasing bids with anti-sniping rules (automatic bid extensions). In Marketplace Mode, the first buyer to confirm a buyout offer instantly secures the item.

Having successfully powered and broadcasted the San Andreas Motorsport Championship (SAMC) for two consecutive seasons, LSNN designs, hosts, and operates the official telemetry systems and driver interfaces that power the entire championship:
 
• Exclusive Championship Broadcast: Direct live feed transmission of all races with professional commentator integration, aerial camera support, and spectator telemetry screens.

B. Fast-Track Recruitment (Portfolio Entry)
